NeighborWorks® Online Homebuyer Education Program
This program is your official online source for homebuyer education, "Realizing the American Dream".
Upon completion of this online program, you will:
- Obtain an official Certificate of Homebuyer Education to present to your lender
- Become educated about the homebuying process and homeownership responsibilities
This program is designed for people that:
- Are utilizing a program that requires Homebuyer Education
- Have been asked by their lender to take a homebuyer education course
- Are working with a local housing counselor
- Want to be better prepared for purchasing a home
- Are obtaining a USDA home loan
This course will take approximately 6-8 hours to complete and there is a course fee as part of the registration.
