Homebuyer Class Schedule

As a NeighborWorks organization BCL of Texas teach the national approved Realizing the American Dream curriculum.

Currently BCL of Texas provides Homebuyer Education in Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. Click on each class schedule to find out the next available class.

• Dallas Class Schedule- Fall 2009 (September-November): Call 214-688-7456 or use our contact us page to register. Classes are taught twice a month in English.

• Austin Class Schedule- Fall 2009 (September-November): Call 512-383-0025 or use our contact us page to register. Classes are taught at least 8 times a month, every Saturday in English, every other week on Tuesday/Wednesdays in English, and every other Tuesday/Wednesday in Spanish.

• San Antonio Classes: Call our partner High Point Mortgage 1-877-584-2110 to register. Classes are held every other Saturday in English

The cost of the Homebuyer Education Class is $40 per household. BCL accepts checks, money orders, or exact change for payment of the class. The class fee can possibly be credit with on your HUD-1 as a purchase outside of closing (POC). We'll help you ask your lender or realtor for the credit. San Antonio classes are currently FREE.
