Counseling Forms

 

In order to provide effective service to you, it is extremely important that you PREPARE AHEAD OF TIME for the appointment by carefully reading this information and following ALL instructions.  We have limited time for each appointment, which is why we are trying to help you make the most of it by assisting you to get organized in advance. 

 

First, Read and complete/sign the Foreclosure Counseling Forms:

If you do not have access to a printer to print the forms, you can call or email BCL of Texas to have the information mailed to you. 

 

Second, please gather all of the following items. These documents provide important important that we must be able to review in order to serve you effectively.  If we do not have this information from you, there is very little that we or your lender can do to assist you.

  • Copies of any letters or other communications you have received from your lender, the Courts and/or HUD (including payment notices and summonses).

  • Photocopies of mortgage coupon books or most recent statement for all loans.

  • Photocopies of most recent pay stubs for 60 days and other sources of income (child support, SS Disability, rental income, alimony, etc.)

  • Photocopies of two most recent tax returns and W-2's

  • For self-employed borrowers, year-to-date profit-and-loss statements and most recent tax returns.

  • Photocopies of two months of most recent statements for all bank and brokerage accounts

  • Photocopies of most recent utility bills for electric, gas, water and sewer

  • Photocopies of your HUD-1 Settlement Statement and photocopies of your original mortgage and note documents for first and second mortgage
